The nearest airport to Viseu, Sá Carneiro Airport in Porto, is approximately 130 km from the city by car. You can rent a car at the airport, or travel by metro (violet line) to the bus station at Camp 24 August, and take one of the express buses from the Network with direct connection to the city of Viseu.

Arrival by Bus

The Network offers several schedules from the main cities.

If you come from Porto to Viseu, your starting point will be the bus station at Camp 24 August, you have a bus every hour and the trip lasts about 2 hours.

For those who come from Lisbon to Viseu, their starting point will be the bus station of Sete Rios.  Being the capital of the country, it has several schedules options to reach the city of Viseu. The trip lasts about 4h.

If you come from the city of Porto, the trip takes about 1h30. You must follow the A3 and is about 128km away.

If you come from the city of Lisbon, the trip takes about 3h. You must follow the A1 about 289km from
